I just got this phone recently and I am already having problems. I'm not sure if it's something that is easily fixable and I have my settings messed up or if it's just my phone.
I got the stratosphere because I like the slide out keyboard. However, whenever I reply to a text message, certain keys take me to all these different apps like email and google. Instead of typing a message, the keys are used sort of at 'hot keys' it seems and taking me to other things. How can I fix this and make it stop. The only way I ahve resolved this on my own is by restarting the phone. I do not like having to restart my phone 25 times a day so I am hoping someone can find a better solution!
Go to your settings and under applications,select "Quick Launch" and it will give you the options of turning off the shortcut keys.Hope this will help.
