I have a Verizon Prepaid phone. My phone got disconnected because I was unable to get a phone card for my phone before a payment was due. I now have the phone card, but I cannot get to the menu in which I add the card to my phone. Can anybody help me reactivate it?
You can do it online in My Verizon or you can use the Directional Key (from the main screen press the up key) and My Verizon will show up and just follow the directions to add the prepaid card. Depending on how long you have been deactivated depends on whether you will have to get a different phone number. Also you may have to pay a reactivation fee.
