WHITE SCREEN on Samsung Intensity II

The first day that I received my new phone, it froze on me...3x. Grr! I simply took out the battery and then put it back in. However, when I turned the phone back on, it would erase EVERYTHING! Contacts and all. Eventually the phone broke and I sent it in for a replacement. The replacement was NO better. It has been giving me problems just as bad. Now, my screen is completely white. I can't send or receive texts. HELP!

It's been a few days since you posted this, but I wanted to touch base with you to see whether or not your concerns have been addressed since you had a few issues with your Intensity .

Is the screen still white? Have you tried removing the battery & placing it back in the Intensity? If so, is the screen still white?

If so, then we need to look into your warranty replacement options since we can't do anything else as far as troubleshooting a blank screen.

Were you having problems with texting prior the the blank/white screen or did the issue arise when the screen was white?
