I am sorry to learn your having connection issues. Are you still experiencing connection issue? Have you tried doing a soft reset your device? To do a soft reset, power off your device for a full minute. Afterwards, power the device back on to refresh your connections. Then do a free test call by dialing #832 (send) on your wireless device. Please listen to see if you hear a automated message saying your test call was successful. Also, retry sending a message. Please note down any error messages seen when placing you call and/or sending the text message. If you desire, please post back your results of using these suggestions.
