I upgraded my plan to the Premium 900 plan, VCast VPak is an included feature however I do not know what is included in this feature because there are 2 plans with the VPak: $15 and $25, which plan is it that is included with my new plan.

With the Premium plan you get what's included with the $15 Vpak. Which is unlimited megabyte usage and access to VCast Video. The $25 bundle gives you unlimited Mobile TV if you have a capable device. If you have the Premium plan and need Mobile TV then you can add the Mobile TV basic package for an additional $15.
