Retrieving previous call & text logs/history

Hello All. I have been trying to retrieve older call histories or bill statements. So far I have been unsuccessful : /   I remember from years ago, when I had previous service with Sprint, I was able to review my phone usage by looking at phone statements, which were in paper and mailed to me. Does Verizon allow or provide existing customers the opportunity to go back and view information of previous months text messages sent, or outgoing/incoming calls?

I wish I were near a computer, which I won't be until mid-morning, so I could verify what I'm telling you...

I'm pretty certain that you can retrieve your calls and texts history online in My Verizon (you can get the numbers to texted to and from, but not the actual meddagr). You'll have to register for your account access, if you haven't already. You can pull up a month at a time.
And you can print the page from there.

I'm sorry if this is incorrect, but I swear, I'm pretty sure I've done this before. Hope this helps,

Spot on Geri O you did good Sir the only other suggestion for the OP would be to ask for Detailed Billing wich can show you your calls an comes with your statement i think you'll pay alittle more for it maybee $2.00 or $2.99 but it'll show your calls an. On your phone there's a way you can see this as well but its been a time since i've been there. but i'm sure its there. B33
