Cannot open attachments.

I have a casio Commando. Does anyone know which settting allows you to open a picture received by email. The attachment is there but I cannot seem to open them. I checked the security setting and the allow attachments is enabled. Thanks

Well I down loaded the recommended , now I cannot open any of my emails. HUMMMM,, So How do I recover my email accounts if it keeps force closing?>

That doesn't sound right.

I would suggest uninstalling the other application and and see if you can get back into your email without a force close error.

I deleted the effected account and re installed. it. Then the attachments begin working. Thanks
