No, I lost that one but borrowed the one I'm using from a friend who sells cell phones. I've tried all the ports and keep getting the same message.

OR, can you use a card reader to read the card through the computer without the phone? My micro SD card has an adapter so it fits into a slot on the computer.....

I'll try to. My card doesn't have an adapter and I don't have a reader.
Thank you for all your help. I really appreciate it. I'd be lost with you!

When xfer pictures from your EnV3 make sure the usb cable is not plugged into a usb expander, even a powered one. Mine would not work that way. Has to go directly into the computer. However using a micro sd adapter is by far the easiest.

Does VCast Media Manager require an additional subscription fee? And does it offer a way to transfer my full sized photos from my phone's internal memory to my computer? That's my goal--I just want to transfer pictures to my phone, and maybe... MAYBE songs from my PC to my phone. It seems awful to me how complicated this simple task is ending up.
I'm getting my SD card delivered soon, but for now, I'm hoping to get these great shots off my phone and online--in full size, not the reduced version I get when I upload them to Facebook or similar.
Thanks!

I can't belive you micro SD card didn't have the adapter with it in the package. All the ones here I have seen in the stores come with the adapter and multi card readers can be had for $10. Makes no sense to sell a card that small and not include the adapter. Mary

That's a great question, dojnd!
The desktop software that you will use to transfer the files to and from the cell phone is free of charge. There are mobile storage options starting at $2.99/month for 25 MB, so that's something you can consider in the future.
Once you get that SD card you can use the steps posted previously to move the files from your phone to the SD card and enabled Mass Storage Mode (in Settings & Tools> Tools>USB Mass Storage) as another option!
