Email Delay

Anyone else experiencing substantial delays in getting emails on their device.  I bought my Curve in May and it has been great until the last few days.  My emails are not coming to the device for hours and usually only after I select "reconcile now".  I have a gmail account and an outlook account at work.  Thoughts?

My ISP-provided pop3 email account lags 2-20 minutes before appearing on the BB.  I forward a copy of the same POP3 acct to Gmail, and the Gmail copy gets to the BB in seconds.  I use the BIS service.  Granted, this procedure leaves me with duplicate emails on the BB, but at least the gmail copy arrives in a timely fashion.
