Hi
If your ? is how to block calls/texts from a #, the rep did answer it.
There are two ways, a free way and a paid way.
For the free way, go to account settings on myverizon.com, go to spam. From there you are able to block up to 5 #s. The block will expire after 120 days and you will need to reblock the #. This will prevent the # from calling you or texting you, but will not prevent you from contacting them.
The paid version is under prantel controls, you can block 10, and it costs 4.99/month. This will not expire.
I hope that this clears this up. If you read through the full thread, this has been explained a few times, which is probably why it was marked solved.

Thank you rbritto201. That is correct information. However, the expiration time for the Call and Message Blocking is 90 days, not 120 days.
I hope this information is helpful.
Thank you,
