I would like to be able to program my iPhone so that I can access my landline carrier based voicemail. This requires the insertion of pauses and a password. I was able to do this on my other Verizon phones but I cannot find out how to do this with the iPhone. I downloaded my voicemail numbers with the Backup app, but the voicemail doesn't work with the saved settings. I also looked through the iPhone User Manual and couldn't find anything on this topic. Any suggestions? Thanks!
--PS: I resolved it! In contacts, edit the number with pauses or waits by pressing the +*# key and then either pause or wait. Works like a charm!
