Thanks Mort. I always read the reviews, but sometimes they aren't accurate...I think. I can weed out the 'spam' reviews, but some say the app works great and others say it doesn't. However, given my history of battery troubles, if I see even one or two reviews saying that an app drains a battery, I don't even download it. Since the Verizon employee said it was a "known issue with an app", I was thinking maybe Verizon does have a list of apps with "known issues".
