I have been overseas for over 6 months and my pre-paid number is no longer valid. How can I pay my balance and recover my pre-paid number? I have tried #8899 without luck since my telephone number can no longer be verified.
Click othe blue "Contact Us" link to the top right of this page. There you can find information about a variety of ways to contact Verizon's customer service. Unfortunately, you will probably not be able to recover your number, since I believe it is released after a month or so after your account expires. They should be able to get you a new prepaid account set up though.
