I understand that I cannot read the old text messages but I see that ppl say that you can view the details. I signed into my account and I pulled up the old archive of my bill from Nov 08 but it only had calls listed. Then I went to the message part and I was able to view the current msg detail but I can not find where I can pull up msg from 6months ago. Can someone please give me some step by step instruction on this! Thanks much

okay so login to My verizon,
click on 'my bill' tab,
click on bill details,
select your date range,
and then in the right corner where you should see voice details and message details,
click on message details.
It SHOULD show you the record of txt messages sent from that particular phone line, and what time it was sent from your phone.
it will show what date and time there were texts received, but i'm unsure of whether or not it shows the phone number or address that the text was sent FROM to your phone.
