Hello,
I am new to cell phones. I bought the Droid 2 a couple of days ago. I am unable to figure out the instructions to assign ringtones to contacts. I am unable to find the edit button. I click on menu and it just takes me back to the main screen. Please help.

Is the menu button the icon that looks like a house on the bottom of the phone screen?

The house is the Home Button. The Menu button is the four little boxes on the far left side.

this works if you use the preset ringtones on the phone itself.
but what if you have audio saved from a text message you want to set as a personal ringtone identifier? all it lets you save that to is your sd card?
