Resend TXT Message

I can't figure out how to resend a text message.  My 4 year old antiquated phone had a resend command but I can't find it on the Droid X.  Can someone help me out?  Thanks

I don't have my phone with me right now. But try holding your finger down on the text you want to resend.A menu should pop up and see if you see resend

There is no resend but there is a forward..... so just forward the message to your original recipient.

Thanks.  I downloaded Handcent from the Market and it has the resend option so I'm going to use it.
