My phone was working just fine when I left work today, but when I got home and pressed the button to bring up the lock screen nothing happened. I never turned it off and even received a text just before. So, I put the charger on to see if that would do anything but nothing happened, not even the light came on! Why won't it turn back on/can someone help?! Thanks!
I would suggest trying to take the battery out and seeing then if it will turn on. If not it could possibly mean the battery is defective.You could take the phone to your local Verizon store.Have someone look at it & test it out.
