Texas hill country coverage

I'm wondering if there any plans to expand coverage in the Texas hill country area?  I was out there the past weekend and go out 2-3 trips a years.  While I know it's a sparsly populated area and off the main traveling highways, while I was getting no signal my parents AT&T coverage was worlds better, and didn't really help my argument of trying to get them off of at&t.

Towns where I was getting no coverage where the AT&T coverage was excellent were: Medina, Tarpley, Utopia, Leakey, and Camp Wood.  I was able to get 1x coverage in some of the larger towns out there, such as Sabanal and Rocksprings, but overall the coverage was pretty bad, and it sucked to have to drive 30 miles to use my phone or aircard.

You could possily get a cell phone booster or external antenna. That is supposed to increase reception and signal strength.
