I go into Mobile Email and there's just the Terms of Use page that says Decline or Accept. But this doesn't actually cancel this service. Customer service at VZW said I have to cancel from my phone. HELP?
To delete Mobile Email follow these steps; go to Media Center, select Browse & Download. Then select Mobile Email, and go to options (right soft key), and select remove application. Hope this helps!
