So i'm trying to get this picture message and it keeps failing. My service is going between both EV and 1X to just EV. I've tried a bunch of times. Is there a way to get this picture somewhere else since i guess i dont have the service to get it here?

Try turning off phone and removing the battery. Then see if you can receive the picture. if still no go, you can ask the person to just send the picture to your email address instead. Since their sending from a cell phone (it sounds like) just tell them in the TO spot to switch to abc mode. Enter in your email address & attach picture....send.
