I just finished with a customer service chat with a Verizon representative named Samantha. What a fantastic encounter I had as she assisted me with my concerns for some charges that were on my bill. She not only took the time to address my concerns, but she was patient as I "didn't get it" and had more questions. So Samantha if you are out there....Thank you for all of your help, patience, and assistance!!!! You definitely have outstanding customer service and Verizon should be know just how great you were and are.
