All I can do is turn my phone on. I can't type anything in or hit 'ok'
use google voice to do tasks until you can install or reset input settings. as in choose keyboard type in INPUT setting.
Are any areas of the screen responsive? If you are unable to get the phone to register any input from touch, you may need to factory reset from a Powered Off point. Provide a little more detail of steps taken and what you can and cannot do.
