Contact Samsung for a warranty repair.

Marbal5, we want you to have a working device and let's work together on getting your device back to normal. When did this issue start? Any physical or water damage? Any recent changes to the device, software, apps, etc.?

Hi, It started 2 days ago. After I woke up, I saw the screen with only

green dotted color (suppose to be the clock, when the screen is off.)

There's no physical or water damage. I bought it a month ago and been

keeping it with my most care. After the weird green screen, the pink lines

on the screen appears. Now I'm using the basic mode in display and had turn

off the "always on" feature. It is just sad that I can't use my phones

feature the way I want. Hope you can help me.

Verizon Wireless can only replace it with a refurbished phone when they handle a warranty replacement. Dealing with Samsung directly will allow you to get your phone repaired.
