lkeep, help is here to ensure you have the ability to connect your Verizon Wireless USB modem to your mac book. Please download the Mode Switch Utility via this site. http://production.620.verizon.mifiupdates.com/Mac/MiFiModeSwitch_Mac.zip Please note that this utility works when the device is in End-User Mode and is not compatible with Enterprise mode. So prior to using this utility, the end user should uninstall the Enterprise Mode drivers and the Dashboard App on Mac OS X.
