How do I download videos and music to my SD card?

I am downloading  videos at the moment but I cannot get them to save to my sd card. In fact, it doesn't  look like any of my apps are saved on it either. On my phone I have the option of moving apps to SD card but my tablet doesn't  give me that option.  The sd card is showing in my storage area with almost all of the original space still available. Also, where will I find the videos and music after the download so that I can watch/listen without using data? Thanks in advance!

Being able to move apps to the memory card varies by OEM and operating system. It can be hit or miss as this option has changed a few times on the Android OS. Are you downloading videos etc. wirelessly? If you have a computer you can plug your tablet into it and then drag and drop the videos/photos/etc. onto the storage of the memory card.

SuzyQ also makes a great suggestion with an app you can move the content as well on the device. Astro File Manager is one of the better file manager apps I'm aware of. Search for it in the Google Play Store.

You will likely need to download a file manager app for the Ellipsis 8, and manually move the files to a folder on the SD card.  Apps are not going to work from the SD,but you can move photos, videos, and access them on the card for off-line viewing and listening.
