Hi -
I just wanted to say how happy I was with the service and help I got from the Verizon Agent
who helped me fix my problem with my Verizon Account.
I was thinking of upgrading to a new device, but found that the upgrade date was almost two
years ago. I did not recall doing anything to create an extension of my contract.
The Verizon Agent was very helpful, and even offered to call me back the next day to let me
know the status. She did call, and I was very impressed with the fact that she
remembered to call.
I would like to express my appreciation and thanks once more!
