Lost phone on same day as payment

So I paid my prepay bill on Dec22, my phone was then stolen or lost before I used any data , mins, or text. Is it possible to get this credit. I had to wait over a month to finally get the phone I wanted. Thanks much appreciated

No there is no way to get it credited back.
