How do I turn off voice commands?

I just got my Convoy 3 replaced and some how I set it up to when I flip it open it says "please say a command" How do I change that to shut it off?

In your phone go to MENU > Settings & Tools > Sounds Settings > Readout. There is a selection for "Flip Open & Talk". Disable that feature & the problem should be fixed.
