Text not being sent

I just bought the galaxy s4 mini 2 weeks ago from Verizon. They set it up

for me and I was good to go, I thought. Last week, a couple of my text

didnt go though although it showed the time stamp as sent. The person I

was texting said they never got it. After that it worked fine, until last

night. Messages after mesage I was being told was never being received. I

looked up some stuff saw a couple people say clear the catche. That didnt

work. Now today im not able to text. Ridiculous that I havent had it 2

weeks and already havin problems. Any suggestions??

I'm having the same problem  It seems intermittent, but I text, icon shows time sent, but person never received it.  Sometimes it works, sometimes not.  Not sure how to fix it.  If you find out, please let me know.  Thanks.
