How download Backup Assistant on Samsung Knack Phone

The literature with my new Samsung Knack wireless phone from Verizon says I have free backup assistant.  The Backup Assistant help on the Verizon Website says a phone must have get a new application under tools or get media.  I can't find either one under Tools on the new Samsung Knack wireless telephone.

 

Can anyone help me get Backup Assistant on this Samsung Knack phone from Verizon??

I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure that phone does not have Get It Now.

You're exactly right. My parents each have this phone. They love it because it's simple and easy to use, and I love it because they can't mess it up, hah! But if you want to transfer your contacts to a Knack then take your phones to a store and have them do a phonebook transfer for you ($10 charge unless you're a VIP customer), or enter them in manually (which is what I did -- I'm a great son!:smileyvery-happy: )
