How long does it take for a firmware update? My phone screen has been on 0% for over one and a half hours.
I appreciate you being proactive on this matter. You have reached the right place. That long at 0% is not normal. I will recommend restarting the phone and launching the update again. Are you downloading it over WiFi or the Verizon Network?
