Our tablet is stuck on the android screen and will not turn off or on. It just has the android logo that comes and goes. We have let the battery completely go dead and then recharged it but it still does this. It won't let us do any thing else. I think it may still be under warranty.
If it's still under warranty, you can call customer service. They will try some troubleshooting steps with you and, if that doesn't work, should send you a replacement.
