Two of our phones are out of contract now. If we haven't updated the phones, shouldn't the line charges go down for these two?

If the contracts end and you do not take action, nothing will happen. The out of contract discount does not attach to your out of contract line automatically. Currently you have to add the discount before it will take effect. You can do this by calling in to CS or adding it yourself in the account owner's MyVerizon account in the add/remove features section.

If on the More Everything plan, just make the change in My Verizon or call Verizon, but be careful how you do it...be to the point, don't want unwanted changes to happen.

Ask specifically for the month to month discount feature. It will be $15 savings if on 4 GB or less and $25 savings if on 6 GB or more - per month.
