When I try to turn the bluetooth setting from "off" to "on" on my HTC One Remix, it "thinks" for a second, reading "turning on ..." and then goes back to Off. There seems to be no way for me to get this feature turned on. Please help! This phone is brand new so trying to figure out if it is "user error" or the phone. I was able to turn it on originally, but now I am not. Thanks!

Can you find your Bluetooth app in Settings>Apps>All?
Application manager perhaps? It's where you can delete the cache and data for the app and then try it again.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it isn't accessible from app manager because I didn't download anything - comes pre-installed.

If you slide to the right, there should be an "all' tab.

Usually your phone automatically shows you ONLY what you downloaded. There are actually other tabs under there, including Running which will show your RAM usage and then ALL which will show you both downloaded and pre-loaded. Your bluetooth does have an app with cache and data that can be deleted. Just remember to restart your device afterwards.
