Thanks for replying Heretic1989
We know how important it is to have a clear voice. Let's look into this ASAP! Is your device in a case? Please power down remove and reinsert the Sim card. Did that resolve the issue? Any physical or liquid damage?

My phone is in an OtterBox Symmetry Series for LG G3, which i bought from VZW, and there hasn't been any physical or liquid damage.
I'll check the Sim card later.

I tried removing the Sim card. Unfortunately it isn't as easy to remove the Sim card as it is inserting it.
I refuse to damage my Sim card and/or phone by forcing it out.

Calling my daughter would echo frequently and badly. My daughter used cheap ear buds with a microphone to talk on her phone. The sound from the ear bud would travel through the plastic in the cord to the microphone and I could hear myself. We are getting new ear buds.
