Turn off encryption in security settings. You encrypted your device and due to that you need a password or pin.

I am having the same problem with my Galaxy S4 and swipe lock. I do have work email on Knox.

Firechasr704, we don't want this to be an ongoing problem for you. Are you using a 3rd party application to access that e-mail account or the feature directly on the device?
