I have Verizon Messages on my ipad Air 2, and after about 15 seconds, it seems to time out and disappear. It doesn't matter if I'm creating a message to send, it just disappears. When I double-click the home button, it still shows as open, but any work I've done has been lost. Anyone else see this problem??? Any ideas on how to fix?
They seem to be having issues with online texting from there web site. 3 days in a row it has been intermittent..I have called 3 days in a row. They will not give a credit on the bill as they say online texting is a courtesy. I told them i need it because of my situation and i may change to another company. I urge you to call them and complain.
