Verizon Message - Not Receiving

My desktop "Verizon Messages" has stopped receiving text message from some iPhone users. If I use vtext.com it receives OK. Any ideas?

I'm sorry for any issues in receiving messages on your desktop. When did this begin? Have you downloaded the Messages Desktop App to your PC? Are you receiving messages on your other device(s)? Here's a link w/all of the information: http://vz.to/1p3smG5

Started a few weeks ago. Cannot download the Desktop App work PC which is where I need access to me text messages. ALSO, in the web version, the "Refresh", "Delete", "Mark as read" buttons do not display?pic2.png

Thanks so much for this picture and clarification, jbringolf. When you're not getting messages from iPhones, are you using WiFi? Please try turning OFF iMessage to see if messages go through. What happens is Apple recognizes iPhone to iPhone and will send messages via iMessage, which won't be sent/received as a text message. This is why it's not showing up on Verizon Messages. Please try turning off iMessage to confirm if messages go through as texts.
