This error message has been going on for about a month every time I boot up my Win 7 Dell PC. The only discussion I can find about this is under the Galaxy Note section of these blogs. Is anyone else with an S3 having this problem?

Same issue here with my Samsung Galaxy S3. After a recent update to the Android OS, I could no longer connect my phone to my PC (Lenovo T510 running Windows7/64). Another forum suggested updating the Samsung driver, so I downloaded and installed SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones_v1.5.45.0 from the Samsung site (I uninstalled the prior version first). I rebooted my PC and got the same error as the other users here.Every time I reboot, I get the same message. If I try to run the program from the Windows Start menu, the same error appears. I've tried several Windows compatibility modes, running as Administrator, etc., but they all throw the same error. Happens whether I have my phone connected or not. I am getting same message on my XP desktop every time I boot up. Very annoying. What can we do to get rid of it for good?

Yes, same problem with Windows 7 Pro for my S4.Phone is not connected at the time.Error occurs at system boot up or if the program is launched.
