I was using swipe lock. Then changed to pin. Wanted to go back to swipe lock and get error which says: turned off by admin, encryption policy or credential storage. How do I turn it back on? I did install the lollipop upgrade but that was dome time ago.

Hi CarolDonnelly,
We want your device to work properly at all times! Have you powered the device off/on since making the change to the pin? Did you turn off the pin first, then attempt to go back to swipe?
Thanks,

CarolDonnelly,
Let's find the missing swipe lock. What make/model phone do you have?

1. Change Screen Lock to PIN
2. Set a PIN
3. Lock then unlock the device using a PIN
4. Go back to Screen lock settings
5. Change Screen Lock to Fingerprint
6. Record the fingerprint
7. Lock device
8. Unlock using fingerprint
9. Go back to Screen Lock options
10. Swipe to Unlock was option should be available.
Please keep us posted.
