My phone is running extremely slow. Whenever I try to get online, on my e-mail, even make a phone call, it takes several minutes for the screen to come up. Sometimes my phone will freeze and I have to remove the battery and restart my phone to make it work. Also, when somebody sends me a text, I don't receive it until almost an hour later. Does anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?

deemarie1982, Having a reliable phone is definitely important, so I know how you feel. Let's get your phone working right. How long has this been happening? Try removing the battery and sim card for a minute and retest. Make sure you close all running apps in the background http://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-84536/.
