Hi, tried this fix and still received same WMC104 error message. I'm running Windows 7 SP1 on a Dell Inspiron. Any new additional fixes?
I just got around this problem. I had two air cards (same models USB 551L). One would connect and the other would not. I called support and they instructed me to go to network connections, disable the wifi connection (was enabled) and enable the mobile broadband connection (was disabled). This worked for me.
