I updated last month to the new Lollipop and have had no issues at all. A few thinks look different but everything works and the battery life is the same. I'm not normally the lucky one but it sounds like it.

No problems on S5 work phone Smiley Happy I don't understand the other complaints. Razr maxx was a big thing when JELLYBEAN came out, everyone claimed it sucked, I never had problems

my download/install was flawless with "0' problems afterward.
