Unable to connect wireless to my Jetpack MHS291LVW. All was working fine until windows update. Now, I can see it on wireless network connection but when I try to connect, message is unable to connect. When selecting troubleshoot, message is to contact admin. or reboot device. Help is appreciated.

Factory default reset fixed the problem. For the unit I have there was not a reset button under the back cover. I had to go in to the menu, under software updates and select factory reset to get the unit to reset. Many thanks for your help and timely response.
