I had to save my photos to my PC. and then loaded to my Verizon Cloud..Some got transferred to my phone .but not all . I want make some and then try to download to my phone .

We are making progress here! Have you had any luck transfering the remaining on your content to you phone? Are you receiving an error message when you try to sync the information? Have you used any other applications to back up your content?

You could install Smart Switch (by Samsung) on both phones and transfer most everything over NFC between the two devices.
ON some phones it sounds like it works while other it has Trouble I thought Moto's Migrate might work but it only works on Moto to Moto if what was suggested above doesn't work as for your Contacts you can Transfer them Via Bluetooth make sure each unit reads the other but make sure other Bluetooth devices like headphones, speakers are off..

MY son had the Droid M (hated it). I don't think it had NFC. I was not able to get smart switch working between 2 Samsung phones (not that I tried very hard), so I don't think it will work between a Motorola and a Samsung.
by now he has either fixed his problem or given up....
Yea I understand some of this stuff is so frustrating it can make ya make pull your hair out..
Should work between any two phones with NFC including Apple and Samsung, I successfully transferred S4 to S5, S5 to S5 and S4 to Note 4 with it.
