Now within the last three or four weeks - the sound isn't working properly. It just shuts off and the only way to get it back on is to turn the phone off and back on.

This would be the last step to getting this resolved. You can call us, private message us here or speak with us via facebook or twitter. We can file a ticket and discuss replacing the phone.
