Connectivity is completely shot.

Unable to connect to websites, I get "unable to load page" I checked with multiple browsers.  Also, my messages are not sending, just hanging and no error message.  Mail doesn't update.  My 3g network "pips" are at full and indicate I'm fully connected. I checked my data and I'm not over. Help?

After about 5 minutes of waiting, i finally got an error message about the text message being not delivered.  Happening for 2 days. Help?

For any others out there having this problem. Resetting my phone resolved this issue.
