Data and wifi are working fine. I have 2 bars on 4G right now.

Are you having difficulty to a particular number or every number? Without account access, it's difficult to say whether someone may have restricted text messaging on your line.

Let's get your messaging fixed. What happens when you send a text message? Do you receive an error message? Are you able to receive? Did you "port" your number to Verizon Wireless?

I did receive an error saying text not sent.  I was receiving text with no issues.  Since I was not able to find a fix I switched apps to Verizon messaging and it is working fine thru this app.

Oh and I did port my number to Verizon in July 2013.

So, what you're trying to do is FORCE us to text and MMS via our data plan and NOT wifi?!!!??  That's really nice of Verizon to do that....OH WAIT, so now we go over on our data plan because all texts have to be done off Wifi!  How convenient for Verizon!!  Another money making scam in the works.

How about this, what if Verizon FIXES their servers and STOP trying to charge us even more than they already are!?!

I am having issues when i send image text messages, I get a failed message error a day after i send image text messages and sometimes several days after message is sent, it has happened several times and to different recipients, i have reset my phone several times, everything gets wiped out and sometime after it happens again, this has happened since i purchased my phone. i have a samsung s8 and i use the verizon message+ app. please help 😞
