Samsung Galaxy s4 Stuck on Samsung Logo boot screen

Just received (yesterday)  new Samsung Galaxy s4 under warranty Early today (Sunday) the phone shut off and would not turn back on.  I've tried every solution that I could find already, multiple times:  - Switched batteries with my other fully-working s4, still won't turn on unless plugged in. Confirms it is not the battery's problem. - Factory reset and wipe using KIES. - Pulling Battery, leaving it out, putting it back - Made sure power button wasn't stuck - Using a Samsung charger and cord

To fix this issue, plug your GS4 into your computer with a USB Cable to
download the Software Update Assistant.. link here:

Initial
Setup - Software Upgrade Assistant (Samsung)

This tool also has a repair function. Run the Software Repair Assistant
using these instructions:

Repair
Assistant - Software Upgrade Assistant (Samsung)

Once this is complete, your device should boot back up normally, with your
data preserved.

I'm sorry your replacement phone is not working properly Von33. I know its upsetting to receive a phone that wont power on completely. Thanks for attempting those steps to get your phone working. If charging the device did not work we may need to replace it again. You can also take it by a corporate store in your area if you have a store close by for a physical evaluation. Did you receive it from customer service over the phone or the insurance company?
