Well went to Samsung Kise and my phone turned off just as I got started so I don't think I want to chance it shutting off in the middle of it. Thank you for trying and for the info

A new Sim Card may help as well you might try a new one, make sure that on install it's not touched as that can lead to issues...

They sent me a different one with one of my certified like new phones I think it was the third phone came with a new SIM card

It was fully charged. It's just a bad phone they don't like me. I had a razor HD no problem for 2 yrs with it all

GalaxyS4junk, a factory reset isn't the same as starting in Safe Mode.
